Company Overview
Our Client, a branch-based company, seeks to appoint experienced professionals for the following roles:
1. Junior Management Position – Environmental Social Governance (ESG)
Key Responsibilities
– Assist in gathering, verifying, and analyzing ESG-related data across business units.
– Contribute to the preparation of sustainability disclosures (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, UNGC).
– Support development of internal ESG dashboards and metrics tracking.
– Facilitate stakeholder engagement exercises, including surveys, interviews, and workshops.
– Assist in materiality assessments and updating ESG strategies.
– Support ESG-related initiatives like carbon reduction and supply chain sustainability.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ESG projects.
– Track project timelines and report on ESG initiative progress.
– Promote ESG leadership through capacity building and awareness programs.
Education
– Minimum 16 years of education, preferably a Master’s from an HFC-recognized university or equivalent institution in relevant disciplines.
Experience
– 3–4 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/institutional organization, with 2.5 years in a related ESG role.
Requirements
– Familiarity with ESG standards and frameworks (e.g., GRI, TCFD, SASB, SBTi, CDP).
– Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data tools, and hierarchical reporting.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.
– Passion for sustainability and responsible business practices.
Age
– Preferably not more than 33 years as of the application deadline.
2. Junior Management Position – SAP Support
Key Responsibilities
– Resolve user queries and provide timely SAP support for document posting.
– Manage tax relief/laws in SAP to fulfill government financial obligations.
– Support revenue budgeting and mandated quantities in SAP.
– Train business users on SAP and develop training manuals.
– Implement SAP controls to reduce errors and enhance efficiency.
Education
– Minimum 16 years of education, preferably a Master’s in IT or related field from an HFC-recognized institution.
Experience
– 3–4 years of experience in a large organization, with 2.5 years in SAP support.
Requirements
– SAP configuration expertise.
– Ability to collaborate across business functions and IT departments.
– SAP certification is a plus.
– Experience with multiple SAP modules preferred.
– Strong relationship-building skills.
Age
– Preferably not more than 33 years as of the application deadline.
3. Middle/Junior Management Position – SAP Developer
Key Responsibilities
– Develop ABAP reports, user exits, custom enhancements, and modifications.
– Troubleshoot user issues and document solutions.
– Collaborate with functional experts to design SAP programs and reports.
– Implement new functionalities in SAP systems.
– Participate in integration testing and user training.
– Maintain logs of user issues and resolutions.
Education
– Minimum 16 years of education, preferably a Master’s in IT or related field from an HFC-recognized institution.
Experience
– 3–7 years of experience, with 2.5 years in SAP development.
Requirements
– Proficiency in ABAP, Fiori, SMART Forms, SAP scripts, and Web Services.
– Experience with SAP workflow development.
– Critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Age
– Preferably not more than 40 years as of the application deadline.
