Sukkur Electric Power Company Limited (SEPCO) is a public sector power distribution company providing electricity to more than 0.8 million consumers in 10 districts of Northern Sindh. | 3. | Chief Human Resource and Admin Officer | – A Master’s degree or equivalent (16 years of education) in Human Resource or equivalent from a university recognized by HEC – At least ten years’ experience including five years at senior management level in public sector companies or other SEOs. |
| 4. | Chief Supply Chain Management Officer | – A person holding Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance or Engineering or other relevant degree from a recognized University. – Certifications in Supply Chain or procurement or operation management from an institutions of high repute will be an added advantage. – Senior level Supply Chain, Procurement, Operation management or logistics experience preferably in Energy or Power Sector |

AGE, TENURE & REMUNERATION
- Upper age limit is 55 years (on the closing date of the advertisement) with no age relaxation.
- The appointment shall be made on contract for an initial period of two years, which will be extendable with annual performance to be undertaken by the Board of Directors (BoD) SEPCO.
- The selected candidates shall be offered Market-based remuneration and perks and privileges in accordance with SEPCO (Contract Employment for C-Level Positions) Policy.
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- The experience possess by the candidates must be post qualification.
- Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication.
- Candidates must possess leadership and strategic planning skills as laid down in the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act 2023, SOEs Policy 2023, and guidelines issued by SECP.
- If any such employee is selected through competitive process, he/she shall either resign from his/her service or seek early retirement from his/her parent organization before joining.
- The position is purely contractual in nature, non-pensionable, and no long-term benefit.
- No person shall be appointed by the Board as the Chief Executive Officer, or a director, or a person holding any other position carrying benefit from a State-Owned Enterprise, who:
- is ineligible to be appointed as a director under the Act, rules, and regulations, or
- is not a fit and proper person as per Fit and Proper Criteria for appointment of Chief Executive, as specified by the Public Sector Companies (Appointment of Chief Executive) Guidelines, 2015, or
- is not a fit and proper person as per the SECP Fit and Proper Criteria for appointment as director of a company.
Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan | Contract-Based Project Positions
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Applicants, along with copy of CNIC, academic documents, experience certificates must submit online at SEPCO website https://sepco.com.pk.
- The applications must be submitted within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication i.e., 11.06.2025
- Applications incomplete in any respect or received after due date will not be entertained and no claim whatsoever thereof will be acceptable.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.

- No TA / DA will be admissible for interview.
