Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities | – To maintain data / MIS of legacy portfolio till maturity of both Bank and Clients and reporting of the same to HO / SBP – To prepare various reports and ensure documentation / billing is correct and properly authorised, that coding is appropriate, and that payment is made in the most efficient and cost-effective manner – To maintain a functional / accounting system of Consumer Financing Models (full accounting from monitoring of profit distribution / closing and monthly reporting / reconciliation in SAP, Bancs etc. – To perform Monthly Reconciliation of assigned portfolios of the Consumer unit SAP, Government of Pakistan Schemes / Management, SBP etc. – To prepare Assets / Liability Report, Estimation of Income for P&L, SBP reporting to FCY, checking COS & APY – To prepare monthly prepayment reports and annual valuations – To ensure that recording of income is timely and accurate, including correctly recording source and any restrictions in use of funds – To provide relevant financial information on regular and timely basis, meeting weekly, monthly and yearly deadlines – To liaise with the external / internal auditors to ensure timely conclusion of statutory as well special audit whenever required – To advise the management, implementation and maintenance of appropriate financial policies and procedures for compliance – To conduct a full-fledged review in respect of finance related consumer activities – To conduct review of related to additional financing requests / CSA, etc. where and when required – To prepare various ad-hoc reports as required by the management – To ensure complete Shariah Compliance in all aspects of the job – To maintain all files / documentation and ensure comprehensive records maintenance related to assigned business events – To perform all processes are completed within the specified TAT | |

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities | – To develop and implement the “Shariah compliant products” & services based on the customer and market requirements in line with the Bank’s objectives – To develop policies, product materials, standard operating procedures, legal documentation, marketing collateral, promotional campaigns, training materials, etc. and provide assistance for getting approval from relevant governing authorities before implementing them – To monitor and evaluate and assess the performance of the products and services – To review and approve product and service flow in line with the approved underlying contracts, Shariah guidelines and regulatory requirements – To review and monitor / convert the conventional products & services in line with the Bank’s conversion strategy – To support value addition in terms of product features, pricing, packaging, or bundling with best-fit products or services enhancing the business – To develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Change Requests (CRs), User Manuals, Test Scripts, etc. in line with the Bank’s approved products and policies – To review and monitor circulars of SBP / SECP / PBA and provide feedback from product perspective – To conduct product related training and awareness sessions for the staff – To ensure that all processes are in line with Shariah guidelines and regulations relating to the area of responsibility – To act as the focal point of contact for product and services related issues / queries – To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s) | |

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities | – To manage multiple Refinance pools including but not limited to: EFU; ensuring compliance to the SBP regulations as well as Shariah Compliance – To perform / flag impact on business, while coordinating with other departments such as IT / Operations – To perform timely and periodical constructive liquidation of pools for calculation of profit distribution and rates – To perform timely SBP reporting as per the requirement – To create reports and analysis – To review daily Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement to monitor risks, expected profit in P&L, FEB and PPD calculations, and ensure accuracy – To facilitate Shariah Audit / Internal & External Shariah Audit and SBP Inspection Teams in connection with assigned tasks and responsibilities – To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s) | |
