Environment Risk Officer – OG-II

(No. of Position-1)

Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in Banks / Financial Institutions.
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor degree from HEC recognized Institute / University (National / International)
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in formulating and development of environment & social risk management procedures as per RMD mandate to identify and assess environmental risks.
• To provide input on environmental risk management on periodic basis.
• Work on the Environmental & Social Risk Management Framework as per SBP guidelines for coordination on matters regarding Green banking guidelines of SBP.
• To provide input on environmental risks management for new products and services where required and periodic reporting.
• Working and update ZTBL Environmental Risk Management procedure according to the Green banking guidelines of SBP.
• Assist in development of required reporting &
• Any other task as assigned by Head Risk Management Department.


GRC Officer (Information Security Governance, Risk and Compliance) – OG-II

(No. of Position-1)

Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in Banks / Financial Institutions.
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor degree from HEC recognized Institute / University (National/ International)
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in development, implementation and monitoring of strong Information security Governance i.e. controls and policies / processes, and continuously improve the security of IT, Technology, Management and operations.
• Develop, monitor and report on findings, track status, and ensure closure of open items.
• Coordinate with Internal Audit, external audit, and regulators for compliance reporting, management responses, and other evidence required for information security compliance.
• Perform risk identification & assessment, response & mitigation, control monitoring & reporting.
• Gather and evaluate information, including supporting Auditors, Regulators, and compliance.
• Coordinate Security testing exercises and compliance of the findings.
• Support issue management, risk acceptances, and the IT Security Corrective Action Program.
• Support workforce security activities including culture awareness and training.

Operational Risk Analyst – OG-I

Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in Banks / Financial Institutions.

Job Responsibilities:
• Design RCSAs and KRIs of Bank Function with the coordination of Business units.
• Perform risk and control self-assessment and issue risk reviewer report.
• Develop and implement Risk Register.
• Perform root cause analysis, Risk analysis in case of operational loss.
• Establish Operational Loss Data Management Framework.
• Collection and monitoring of operational loss data.
• Perform incident analysis and maintain data in operational risk loss database.
• Perform scenario analysis and conduct stress testing.
• Design and Implement Annual Plan of all Basel activities.
• Preparation of Operational Risk Management MIS for BRMC and other Forums.
• Maintain risk repository at Bank Wide Risk Management Unit.

M&L Risk Analyst – OG-II

(No. of Position-1)

Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in Banks / Financial Institutions.
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor degree from HEC recognized Institute / University (National/ International)
Job Responsibilities:
• Preparation of periodic Credit Risk Portfolio MIS reports.
• Develop and monitor loan portfolio risk metrics such as PD, LGD, NPLs, ECL, Risk Rating, Risk Rating Migration, LGD, PD, EAD etc.
• Report ECL analysis, PD, LGD and NPL impact on Portfolio and Bank’s profitability.
• Preparation of periodical Risk Reports (VAR, Sensitivity, Duration, MTM etc.)
• Monitoring treasury activities and portfolio risk evaluation.
• Any other task assigned by Head Risk Management Department.

Penetration Tester – OG II

(No. of Position-1)

Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in Banks / Financial Institutions.
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor degree from HEC recognized Institute / University (National / International)
Job Responsibilities:
• Design and create penetration methods, scripts and tests.
• Launch attacks on internal and external network.
• Test web-based applications and network devices.
• Perform physical security assessments of systems, servers and other network devices.
• Conduct social engineering assessments.
• Provide recommendations to mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Document security and compliance issues and measures taken to improve security.
• Evaluate findings and perform root cause analysis,
• Follow up and monitor status of the findings.
• Review technical & system architecture to find weakness in design, development and implementation process.
• Prepare and document results and conclusions to management and other stake holders.


IT Project Manager (AVP)

No. of Position: 01

Experience: Minimum 08-years’ relevant professional technical experience.
Technical Competence: Strong leadership abilities, with excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills with project management experience.
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor degree from HEC recognized Institute / University (National / International)
Job Responsibilities:
• End to end project management including project plan preparation, project execution, budget monitoring and controlling, resource planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting.
• Responsible for resource planning, cost estimation and budgeting, scheduling, monitoring and controlling, reporting and communication.
• Liaison with all the stakeholders to effectively carry out the project activities.
• Risk identification and management, managing change requests. Conduct reviews and post project implementation reviews.
