Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL), Islamabad, a leading E&P Company invites applications for the role of Operation Manager/Company Man & Drilling Superintendent.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor of Engineering degree from HEC recognized institute with a minimum 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including at least 03 years in supervisory roles.
OR
F.Sc/03 years DAE from a recognized institute with a minimum 20 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including at least 05 years in supervisory roles.

KEY EXPERTISE
• Knowledge of safety protocols and commitment towards implementing safe work practices
• Well-Site Supervision and Monitoring Services during execution of various phases of well i.e.
• Directional/Horizontal Drilling
• High Pressure/Temperature wells • Loss control in highly fractured zones
• Stuck pipe and fishing
• Drilling of wells with UBD/MPD application
• Running and cementing Liner Hangers
• Running completion and conducting DST operation
• Well control and well integrity management
• Good knowledge of mud and solids control equipment and performance

TERMS OF APPOINTMENT
• The primary term of the contract will be one (01) year, which would be extendable with mutual consent.

• Market-competitive day rate will be offered for Operation Manager/ Company Man and monthly lump-sum compensation will be offered to Drilling Superintendent.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview(s). No TA/DA will be admissible.
