Position of Chief Medical Officer, NICL Karachi
National Insurance Company Limited (NICL), a large public sector insurance company and a key player in General Insurance, invites applications from interested candidates for the hiring of Chief Medical Officer for its office at Karachi on retainership basis as given below:

Name of Post: Chief Medical Officer (CMO)
No. of Posts: 01
Station of Posting: NICL, Karachi
Age Limit: 35–45 years
Qualification: MBBS Degree from a recognized Institution; FCPS qualification preferred
Experience: Minimum 5 years (including house job in general medicine); 3 years in tertiary healthcare preferred
Contract Period/Tenure: 3 years on retainership basis
Gender: Female Only

Terms & Conditions of Appointment:

1. Purely on retainership basis.
2. Either party may terminate with one month’s notice or payment in lieu.
3. Position is not a permanent, contract, or contingent paid employment of NICL.
4. Duty Timings: 3–5 hours once a week or as needed at NICL Head Office, Karachi.
5. Responsibilities include attending to female patients, emergency cases, examining employees, hospital visits, bill verification, medical examinations, chronic disease cases, expense control, and healthcare recommendations.
6. Scope includes NICL Karachi office, Head Office, Zonal Office, and Branch offices in South Zone.
7. Must be available online/telephonically beyond office hours for emergencies.
