1. Unit Head – CBA Development (VP / SVP)

Reporting to: Wing Head – CBA Development

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent and / or Graduation with a Master’s degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent, from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC.
  • Candidates having relevant certification(s) will be preferred.
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in Software Development of financial and / or Core Banking Solutions, of which at least 10 years at senior management level.
  • Sound understanding of Core Banking Applications of FIS Profile will be given preference.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Oracle PL/SQL (Mandatory)
    • Oracle Forms / Reports
    • Weblogic / JBoss Application Servers
    • Java
    • Unix Shell Scripting
    • Oracle Database 19c / 21c

Main Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Lead, direct and manage Core Banking Applications (FIS Profile).
  • Provide technical vision and strategy.
  • Manage development teams and ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide oversight and quality assurance of software solutions.
  • Ensure best coding practices and system security measures.
  • Perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s).

2. Senior SharePoint Specialist (AVP / VP)

Reporting to: Unit Head – Process Automation

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent and / or Graduation with a Master’s degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent, from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC.
  • Candidates having relevant certification(s) will be preferred.
  • Minimum 05 years of experience in the field of IT, out of which at least 03 years of experience in Software Development and / or Application Development and / or SharePoint Development.
  • Strong knowledge in:
    • Microsoft SharePoint Development (Online and on-premises both)
    • Microsoft Power Platform including Power BI, Power Automate
    • SQL Server, PowerShell, Office 365

Main Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement SharePoint infrastructure and perform SharePoint installation.
  • Develop SharePoint workflows, lists, libraries, content types.
  • Create automated reports and dashboards using Power BI.
  • Perform SharePoint administration, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Execute version upgrades and updates.
  • Perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s).

3. Project Manager – Core Banking (AVP / VP)

Reporting to: Wing Head – CBA Project Management

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent and / or Graduation with a Master’s degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent, from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC.
  • Candidates having relevant certification(s) will be preferred.
  • Minimum 05 years of experience in managing IT projects.
  • Candidates having FIS Profile Core Banking experience will be given preference.

Main Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Handle large-scale Core Banking projects.
  • Deal with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Prepare project reports for senior management.

4. Senior Technical Analyst – CBA (OG-1 / AVP)

Reporting to: Unit Head – CBA Technology

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent and / or Graduation with a Master’s degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent, from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC.
  • Candidates having certification(s) will be preferred.
  • Minimum 04 years of experience in the field of IT, out of which 02 years of experience in architecture / design and / or implementation of Core Banking Solutions and / or FIS Profile Core Banking, preferably in banks.

Main Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing Core Banking systems.
  • Support daily activities and incidents.
  • Provide technical documentation.
  • Participate in software upgrades and patching.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
  • Perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s).

5. Business Analyst – Process Automation (OG-1 / AVP)

Reporting to: Unit Head – Process Automation

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent and / or Graduation with a Master’s degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent, from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC.
  • Candidates having certification(s) will be preferred.
  • Minimum 04 years of experience in the relevant field of IT of which at least 02 years of experience as a Business Analyst and / or System Analyst and / or Process Analyst and / or Software Programmer and / or Software Engineer or Developer.

Main Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements from stakeholders.
  • Conduct requirement analysis.
  • Prepare functional specifications and process flow diagrams.
  • Work with developers and testers to ensure business needs are met.
  • Assist in testing activities.
  • Perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s).

6. IT Support Specialist (OG-1 / OG-II)

Reporting to: Unit Head – Desktop Support & IT Centers & Campus Management

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent and / or Graduation with a Master’s degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent, from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC.
  • Candidates having relevant certification(s) will be preferred.
  • Minimum 02 years of experience in the relevant field of IT Infrastructure / Operations and Support, preferably in banks.

Main Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Support Microsoft Windows, Antivirus, MS Office 365, Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Scanners, LAN/WAN.
  • Provide remote and onsite support.
  • Prepare support documentation.
  • Perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s).

Assessment Test

Only shortlisted candidates strictly meeting the above-mentioned eligibility criteria will be invited for a test and panel interview.
