Position
Zonal Head Branch Banking Operations- Central Grade: SVP-1/ EVP-1 No of Position: 01
Location: Lahore
Job Summary/Major Responsibilities
Oversees branch operations, manages staff, ensures customer service excellence, and maintains a strong control environment. This includes compliance with regulations (e.g., SBP inspections) and financial discipline. Supports business partners to achieve organizational goals.
Ensure adherence to SBP policies and Bank’s internal processes and procedures:
- Maintaining strong control environment
- Monitoring of Branch GLS
- Implementation of SBP Currency
- Management strategy
To Optimize Branch Operations
- Provide tools and reports Empower ROMs
- Monitoring of Branch visits of ROM/AOM
- Monitor ATM performance
- To work for Enhancing Customer Service
- Investigate and mitigate fraud to address control environment
- Planning for staff succession
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local/ foreign university.
- Experience: Minimum 08 years of banking experience Preferably 06 years in same role.
- Age: Up to 55 years as of February 08, 2025.
