Minimum Qualification, Experience
- i. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance Accounting, Statistics, Actuarial Sciences or equivalent.
- ii. Familiarity with Takaful operational models.
- iii. Proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools.
- iv. Familiarity with ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- v. Minimum 1-2 years’ experience of data analysis, Business Analytics, preferably in Takaful / Insurance or Asset Management / Mutual Funds industry.
Teaching Staff Required at Usman Public School System (Male/Female)
Skills & Competencies
- i. Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- ii. Strong understanding of fund accounting and NAV calculations is desirable.
- iii. Knowledge of regulatory and Shariah compliance in Takaful is preferable.
- iv. Effective communication and interdepartmental coordination.
- v. Attention to detail and deadline management.

Role & Responsibilities
- i. Calculate and validate Net Asset Value (NAV) on a daily basis.
- ii. Prepare monthly and quarterly Fund Manager Reports within stipulated deadlines.
- iii. Ensure valuation is in compliance with relevant SECP valuation rules, and Shariah guidelines.
- iv. Compile Actuarial valuation summaries, Re-Takaful calculations, Relevant Financial and operational reports to SECP.
- v. Prepare Takaful Business Reports across lines of businesses, analyze business trends, collaborate with IT and operational teams for enhanced utilization of implemented ERP system.
