General Manager, Infrastructure & Planning
(Contractual Role)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead civil works implementation, environmental/social safeguards, and infrastructure planning.
- Oversee construction quality, safety, and durability along bus corridors.
- Manage contractor relationships and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with international best practices and maintenance standards.
Qualifications & Experience
| Criteria | Requirements |
|---|---|
| Education | Master’s in Civil/Transport Engineering, Project/Construction Management (HEC-accredited). Foreign degrees preferred. FIDIC training advantageous. |
| Experience | 15+ years total, including: – 5+ years in senior management (Director/GM level) – 5+ years in large urban road/infrastructure projects – Experience with international financiers (preferred) |
