GENERAL MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure optimum operations during crushing s
- To ensure optimum results, crushing & losses
- To ensure Energy efficiencies-Energy usage, Steam generation steam percent Cane
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to achieve operational goals and targets.
- Oversee maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime
- To ensure excelent maintenance store & spare consumptions S
- maintenance budget and optimum materiel usage
- To ensure positive team work among the various departments. To lead various departments within the sugar factory such as Technical production, maintenance, quality control, HR and logistics To maintain optimum strength.
- Implement best practices for lean manufacturing, waste reduction, and sustainability intatives
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization.
- To ensure efficient cost controlling in factory operations.
- To manage the maintenance and finance budget in alignment with the company’s financial goals.
- To coordinate with the cane department
- To oversee and coordinate with various department for the best up keep of factory and colony assets.
Qualifications-
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Strong interpersonal, Leadership & Analytical Skills Minimum 10 years of experience in similar position.
