PAKISTAN NATIONAL MEN’S CRICKET TEAM
HEAD COACH – PCB
The job requires the provision of professional services to the Pakistan National Men’s Cricket Team. These services include; Game planning/strategies, pre/post Tournament preparation/evaluation, Performance enhancement/Improved international ranking, Improved fitness standards with the help of support staff, facilitating Team Excellence/augmentation in Individual Skills with regards to the consistency in performance at international competitions and developing sustainable team culture commensurate with international requirements.
ABOUT PAKISTAN CRICKET BOARD
Pakistan Cricket Board is engaged in promoting and developing the game of cricket in Pakistan and maintaining general control of the game.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, COMPETENCY AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum Level III Cricket Coaching Accreditation
- 10 years of minimum experience coaching Elite National/Domestic level Cricket teams with a demonstrably proven record of enhancing performance while in those roles.
- Experience in successfully coaching athletes/cricketers to the required international standards.
- Strong planning, organizing and executing capabilities.
- Highly competent in planning team/individual skills enhancement strategies.
- Proven experience in monitoring and evaluating systems and processes currently in vogue at the international arena
- Ability to set KPI’s for Players and Coaches with constant monitoring and evaluation
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Proven ability to effectively work with a wide range of individuals from varied backgrounds. Superior persuasion skills combined with integrity, prudence and professionalism.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities with problem solving skills.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
