Qualification/Experience & Age Limits
- Project Manager:
Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree (16 years) or equivalent (at least 2nd Division) from HEC recognised University/Institution with five years relevant experience in public/private sector organisation of good repute, including three years’ experience at managerial/supervisory level. Proficiency in MS-Office and MS-Project is compulsory.
Max. Age: 50 Years - Finance Manager:
Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree (16 years) (at least 2nd Division) in Finance/Commerce or equivalent from HEC recognised University/Institution, with five years relevant experience in public/private sector organisation of good repute. Proficiency in MS-Office and MS-Project is compulsory.
Max. Age: 50 Years - Law Officer:
Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) OR equivalent from HEC recognised University / Institution with two years experience as a practicing lawyer in the field of services/corporate laws. Must possess good verbal and written communication skills. MS Office proficiency is pre-requisite.
Max. Age: 40 Years - Assistant Project Director:
Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree (16 Years) or equivalent (at least 2nd Division) from HEC recognised University/Institution with minimum five years relevant experience, including two years’ mid-level management experience after final degree in public/private sector organisation. Proficiency in MS-Office and MS-Project is must.
Max. Age: 40 Years - Accounts Manager:
MBA(Finance)/M.Com/CMA (16 years education) (at least 2nd Division) from HEC recognised University/Institution with three years experience in private/public organisation.
Max. Age: 40 Years - Account Assistant:
MBA(Finance)/M.Com/CMA (16 years education) (at least 2nd Division) from HEC recognised University/Institution with three years experience in private/public organisation.
Max. Age: 40 Years - Office Assistant:
Graduation (14 years) (at least 2nd Division) from HEC recognised university/Institutions with two years’ work experience in public/private sector organisation of good repute. Advance use of MS Office is compulsory.
Max. Age: 40 Years - Diary Dispatcher (PPS-3):
Intermediate with three years relevant experience.
Max. Age: 35 Years - Diary Dispatcher (PPS-2):
Matric with two years relevant experience.

Instructions
- “Experience” means experience gained after obtaining the minimum required qualification.
- Applicants are required to apply online via HEC Website: https://careers.hec.gov.pk. No need to send hard copy of C.V. and documents.
- Applicants are also required to register separately for the Recruitment Test for each position through the ETC portal and pay the application processing fee of Rs. 600/- via 1Link services using a Mobile Banking App or Mobile Wallet on the given link: https://etc.hec.gov.pk/#/login, and proof of the transaction must be uploaded on the HEC website.
- It is mandatory for all applicants to apply on both portals.
- Tests will be conducted at the nearest possible location of the candidates (Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Karachi, Lahore, Quetta & Peshawar).
- All applications are processed on the basis of information/data provided by the applicants through an online profile at https://careers.hec.gov.pk. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in test/interview.
- Those already in Government Service should apply through proper channel.
- Five (05) years of general age relaxation is already included. Further age relaxation will be given as per Government rules.
- Experience as part time, honorary, apprentice and internee (as a part of study) will not be considered/counted.
- Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
- HEC reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason, as well as to increase/decrease the number of vacancies as per requirement.
- Last date for submission of online application is 13-06-2025. Incomplete/late applications will not be entertained.
