JOB ADVERTISEMENT
Applications on prescribed form are invited from Pakistani/AJK Nationals for the following positions under mentioned “Project Management Unit” (Purely on contract basis initially for a period of one (01) year which is extendable subject to satisfactory performance. Application must reach to the office of undersigned within 15(fifteen) days of publication of this Advertisement in Newspapers during office hours along with attested Academic and other documents including Pay Order/Demand Draft of Rs.2000/- as processing fee in favour of the “Hyderabad Institute for Technology and Management Sciences, Hyderabad”. The project entitled “Establishment of Federal Institute of Sciences, Technology, and the Arts-Hyderabad” will be funded by the Federal Government through the Higher Education Commission (HEC), Islamabad. The prescribed application form can be downloaded from the website https://hitms.edu.pk/ or can be obtained from Office of the Registrar, HITMS Hyderabad.

INSTRUCTIONS/CONDITIONS/FURTHER INFORMATION
a) Age limit for serial No. 1 is 45 years and 2,3 & 4 is 35 years.
b) Incomplete applications or applications received after due date will not be entertained in any case.
c) Candidates applying for more than one post should submit separate applications form along with required attested documents and separate application processing fee.

i) The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.
j) Canvassing in any manner will disqualify the candidate(s), partly or as a whole.
k) No TA/DA will be admissible in the interview/test.
