Qualification and Experience:
Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics , Finance, Econometrics or related field with minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:
a. Conduct in-depth economic analysis to identify and assess the application of competition laws in various sectors.
b. Assist with in-depth investigations into potential violations of the Competition Act.
c. Develop and maintain economic models, evaluate market data, and interpret statistical information to support enforcement actions.
d. Draft legal and economic reports, case briefs, and policy papers in coordination with legal teams.
e. Collaborate with other departments including legal, research, and advocacy, to develop evidence-based enforcement strategies.
f. Represent CCP at public forums and with relevant stakeholders including Government Authority.

General Terms and Conditions:

1. The appointment shall be made on contract basis, for a period of two (02) years further extendable, subject to satisfactory performance.
