POSITIONS
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) (01 Position)
Reporting to the C.E.O. the CFO shall be responsible for reporting and implementing the financial vision and policies of the organization and advising the C.E.O. and the Board on operational & strategic decision making. He/she shall be further responsible for the financial management as per the Act, Rules and Regulation of the utility. The CFO will ensure compliance with all financial regulations, prepare financial statements and lead the finance team in achieving the corporation’s financial goals.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Master’s degree in Finance from an institution/university recognized by HEC and preferably member of national/international recognized body of Professional Accountants or holding.
- At least 12 years post-qualification experience out of which 5 years in senior management position in Accounts/Finance and has worked in/for public or private sector organization.
- Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience of ERP systems.
- Maximum age 50 years.
Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO) (01 Position)
Reporting to the CEO, CITO shall develop IT strategies to enhance operational efficiency and support the corporatization digital effort. He/she will oversee and lead the activities of the system support and digitalization teams. He/she shall develop the IT platforms for operations, human resource, finance, customer relations and communication among other system required by the utility.

- Bachelors in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Computer Engineering/IT (4 years) from a reputable institution/university recognized by HEC. Master’s degree may be an added advantage.
- At least 12 years post-qualification experience with at least 5 years in senior management position in IT Department in a large public or private sector organization.

Chief Human Resource Management Officer (CHRMO) (01 Position)
Reporting to the CEO, Chief Human Resource Management Officer will be responsible for the efficient and cost-effective performance of the employees of the corporation. He/She shall oversee the recruitment and other service matters of the employee’s ensuring compliance with the prescribed rules of service and the Board determination. He/She will be responsible for managing HR policies, recruitments, employee mobility, trainings, performance management, employee relations and welfare, HRMIS and administration and gender inclusively.

- Master’s degree with Specialization in Human Resource Management, from reputable institution/university recognized by HEC.
- At least 12 years post-qualification experience with at least 5 years as Head of HR Department or senior HR leadership role in a large public or private sector organization.

Financial Specialist in PPP Node of KW&SC (01 Position)
Reporting to the C.E.O, the Financial Specialist in PPP Node of KW&SC, shall be responsible for formulating, implementing and analyzing the financial models and maintaining financial discipline for envisioned & ongoing PPP projects of the corporation according to the international best practices. He/she shall also be responsible for maintaining close liaison with transaction advisers, interested private parties and financial institutions related to these PPP projects.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Member of national/international recognized body of Professional Accountants or holding a Master’s degree in Economics / Finance from an institution/university recognized by HEC.
- At least 12 years post-qualification experience out of which 3 years in senior management position in Economics / Finance and has worked in/for PPP Nodes public or private sector organization.
- Maximum age 50 years.
Chief Strategy Officer in PPP Node of KW&SC (01 Position)
Reporting to the CEO, Chief Strategy Officer in PPP Node shall strategically plan PPP projects employing rigorous analysis of internal and external factors, market dynamics, and competitive PPP landscapes. He/she shall devise, develop and execute strategies to secure PPP projects for infrastructure improvement and PPP business initiatives for revenue-generation, which requires building relationships with private sector partners, stakeholders, and investors. Moreover he/she shall also be responsible to monitor and evaluate the implementation of ongoing PPP projects, track progress against key performance indicators, and make data-driven recommendations for adjustments, if necessary, as per the Act, Rules and Regulations of the utility.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Master in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, or a related field (4 years) from a reputable institution/university recognized by HEC.
- At least 12 years’ relevant experience, out of which he has served as Chief Strategy Officer/Business Developer for 3 years in a large enterprise in a public or private organization.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have familiarity with water-related business/industry and hands-on experience of ERP systems.
- Maximum age limit 50 years.
Legal Specialist in PPP Node of KW&SC (01 Position)
The Legal Specialist in PPP Node shall be responsible to perform in-depth legal research / analysis and offer sound advice on all PPP transactions, project documents and agreements. He/she shall assist in the development and implementation of Legal Documents such as RFQ, and Concession Agreement pertaining to PPP projects, policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks for the PPP projects of the Corporation as per the Act, Rules and Regulations of the utility. He/she shall also stay informed about the legal framework around PPP projects relevant to the water sector and provide recommendations for compliance and risk mitigation.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Masters in Law L.L.M / Bar-at-Law / Bachelor of Law L.L.B from a reputable institution/university recognized by HEC. Preference will be given to candidates Licensed to practice law in Pakistan with a valid Bar Council membership.
- At least 12 years of increasingly responsible professional experience in any public or private sector entity with at least 3 years’ experience as Legal Specialist.
- Maximum age limit 50 years.
NOTE:
- The appointment shall be on contract basis for the period of 3 years and extendable on satisfactory performance.
- All appointments will be subject to fulfillment of codal formalities/legal/ administrative formalities.
