Our client – a leading group in Pakistan – is in the process of launching a new electric bike/scooter assembly plant with a sales target of 30,000 units per annum for initial 2 years. We are seeking applications from competent and professional individuals for senior leadership roles for its production facility in Lahore.

| POSITION | REQUIREMENTS |

| HEAD FINANCE | The ideal candidate must be CA Inter/ACMA/ACCA or hold an MBA in Finance with minimum 7 years of experience in a manufacturing setup preferably with 3 years in two wheeler industry. Responsibilities include financial planning, budgeting, cost management, imports & LC management, audits, tax compliance, and managing financing for operations and expansion. Experience in dealing with FBR, SECP and commercial banks is preferred. |
| SJPM HEAD SALES | The ideal candidate must have an MBA in Marketing or an equivalent qualification, with 12-15 years of progressive experience in consumer or dealer-based sales, preferably in the automotive/two-wheeler industry with at least 3 years’ experience in e-bike sector. The role involves designing and executing sales strategies, establishing a national dealer network, and achieving revenue targets. |
| PLANT IN-CHARGE | The candidate must have a Diploma or a Bachelor’s in Engineering, with 8-12 years of experience in two-wheelers, including 3 years in EV manufacturing and plant operations. The Plant In-Charge will oversee the installation of the EV plant, manage production to meet targets, and ensure quality, efficiency. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating operations, and maintaining equipment to minimize downtime. |
