Minimum 8-10 years of experience in operations with proven exposure to banking, finance, and pharmaceutical logistics. iii. Strong command over managing large-scale operations, logistics, and procurement. iv. Expert in Budgeting, Financial Management, Cost Control, Policies and financial compliance. v. Experience in pharmaceutical procurement, distribution, and warehouse/distribution chain systems. vi. Deep understanding of local communities, healthcare issues, and public health program rollout. vii. Energetic, articulate leader with excellent coordination, communication, and crisis management skills. | Merit |
