Position/ Job Title: Unit Head – Monitoring (AVP/VP)
Reporting to: Wing Head – Monitoring & Quality Assurance
Educational/ Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC.
- Candidates having Master’s degree and/or any other professional certification(s) will be preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 07 years of Banking experience out of which 04 years in Internal Audit and/or Compliance Monitoring and/or Internal Control Reviews.
Other Skills/ Expertise/ Knowledge Required:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience of leading teams in Management Functions Audits/Reviews.
- Excellent analytical and interpretation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience of auditing Trade Finance shall be given advantage.
Outline of Main Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Perform/lead re-testing of RCSA’s through on-site and offsite methodologies to assess compliance with applicable regulatory instructions, requirements or guidelines.
- Manage compliance-related independent verifications, including planning of work.
- Good understanding of all facets of controls and risk assessments; be able to challenge processes and guide stakeholders in case of gaps to mitigate risk of non-compliance.
- Prepare and write reports, dashboards, and conduct analysis regarding non-compliances.
- Demonstrate understanding of SBP regulations; identify focus areas for monitoring review through data analysis.
- Build and maintain rapport with various internal stakeholders and hold discussions on identified gaps with follow-ups till closure.
- Perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s).

Employment Type: Contractual basis for three years, renewable at Management’s discretion. Selected candidates will be offered a compensation package and other benefits as per Bank’s Policy/rules.
