INTERNSHIP/MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM
Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PSC) is Pakistan’s national flag carrier and the only ship-owning company in the country listed in the Pakistan Stock Exchange. It operates under the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and manages a fleet of oil tankers, bulk carriers, marine repair facilities, and real estate. PNSC is one of the top-performing State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), offering strong career growth opportunities in a strategic and asset-backed maritime organization. In line with the Company’s corporate strategy and human capital planning, PNSC requires high caliber and result oriented individuals for placement in various divisions of PNSC as interns who meet the following criteria:
- BBA/MBA
- B.E (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Computer/ Software/Mechatronics/Naval Architecture)
- Bachelor/ Masters in Mass Communication/ Media Sciences
- BSc/MSc
- LLB
- Certification in Corporate / Chartered Secretaries
- Bachelor/ Masters in Supply Chain Management/Procurement
- CA (CAF Passed), ACMA (Qualified / Finalist), ACCA (Qualified/Finalist)
- Bachelor in Insurance or Risk Management or Actuarial Sciences or Accounting & Finance
Selection Criteria
Bachelors/Masters qualified from HEC recognized institutes only.
At least 60% marks or 2.5/4.0 CGPA
Maximum age: 25 years
PNSC provides steady career growth opportunities purely based on performance. Initially, the selected candidates will serve as INTERNEE for a period of one year. High performing candidates will be offered a MANAGEMENT TRAINEE position for the next one year.
