Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), an apex and autonomous body under the Ministry of IT and Telecommunication, is responsible for developing Pakistan’s IT and ITeS sectors, enhancing export growth, and promoting the country’s tech industry globally. PSEB seeks to hire qualified professionals on a Contract Basis under Project Pay Scales (PPS) for the project “GDPR-Driven IT Export Enhancement Program”.

- Position: Project Manager
Project Pay Scales: PPS-09
Number of Positions: 01
Age: 45 years
Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education from HEC recognized university in Management Sciences / Human Resource / Business Administration / Computer Sciences / Engineering / IT. Certification in CISA / CISSP / ISO27001 / GDPR shall be preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in managing projects focused on capacity building for IT companies and the export sector working in PSDP, ADP, or other government-funded projects will be preferred. - Position: Assistant Manager (M&E)
Project Pay Scales: PPS-08
Number of Positions: 01
Age: 45 years
Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education from HEC recognized university in Management Sciences / Human Resource / Business Administration / Computer Sciences / IT / Project Management.
Experience: Minimum 04 years of post-qualification experience in project management / monitoring and evaluation of projects with at least 3 years of working in PSDP Projects. - Position: Project Officer
Project Pay Scales: PPS-08
Number of Positions: 01
Age: 45 years
Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education from HEC recognized university in Management Sciences / Human Resource / Business Administration / Computer Sciences / IT
Experience: Minimum 04 years of post-qualification experience in Human Resource Development / project management / capacity development projects. Preference will be given to those candidates with PSDP / ADP / Government Projects experience. - Position: Finance Manager
Project Pay Scales: PPS-09
Number of Positions: 01
Age: 45 years
Qualification: MBA Finance / ICMA / ACCA or equivalent from a university / institute recognized by HEC.
Experience: 08 years of relevant post qualification experience of working as Finance / Accounts Officer, processing of bills, payable, receivables and complex financial transactions, reconciliation of funds and cash flows / plan, financial projection and conducting financial analysis and due-diligence, knowledge of tax laws, sales tax etc. International Certification is preferred.
