| Deputy Lead Manager – Gas Purchases (Job Code 8441-01) | CA / ACMA with at least 4 years of post-membership experience OR ACCA / MBA in Finance from HEC recognized university with at least 6 years of experience | The main mandate of this position is to oversee and supervise gas-purchasing process, ensure timely processing of monthly gas payments and service management. Review compliance to sales related to gas purchase rates and align them with ministry and relevant government departments like Petroleum Division, Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority and various Exploration & Production (E&P) companies. The selected candidate shall be engaged under management services contract with Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC). |
| Deputy Lead Manager (Transmission and Distribution Projects) (Job Code 8442-01) | CA / ACMA with at least 4 years of post-membership experience OR ACCA / MBA in Finance from HEC recognized university with at least 6 years of experience | The main purpose of this position is to support Lead Manager in monitoring project budgets, processing of financial charges to be capitalized for utility assets, relating to transmission and distribution projects. The incumbent will also be responsible for reporting of project work, budget preparations and reporting thereon, close coordination with on-ground teams for smooth working of the projects. |
| Manager – Gas Purchases (Job Code 8443-02) | Fresh CA / ACMA OR ACCA / MBA in Finance from HEC recognized university with at least 4 years of experience | The main mandate of this position is to supervise management in reviewing gas purchases and ensure compliance to rules, standards and service level agreements with upstream suppliers before release of payments. The incumbent shall be responsible to analyze financial data relating to gas purchases and liaise with Gas Sales team in order to evaluate financial impact. Prepare and present reports regarding gas purchases to Senior Management. Evaluate Gas Business Model and advise appropriate course of business. Prepare weighted average cost of gas and gas sales reconciliation with Sales team and other departments of SSGCL. |
| Manager – Projects (Distribution) (Job Code 8444-01) | Fresh CA / ACMA OR ACCA / MBA in Finance from HEC recognized university with at least 4 years of experience | The position exists to provide support to team management in supervising and guiding team for management of projects cost and work in process, ensure compliance to cost estimation and project timelines. Prepare monthly status of financials and project progress in accordance with IFRS 15. Provide support to senior management for efficient financial reporting and capitalization of the assets. |
| Manager – Insurance (Job Code 8445-01) | Master’s degree in Finance, Insurance or Risk Management (18 years of education) from HEC recognized university with at least 4 years of relevant experience. Insurance related professional qualification Dip CII, ARM or CPCU will be preferred. | The main purpose of this position is to support the management to ensure insurance coverage for company assets, employee life and medical insurances and adequate insurance support for energy projects. The incumbent shall be responsible to maintain documentation related to insurance and coordinate with concerned departments. |

The incumbent shall ensure adherence to internal compliance with Public Procurement Rules. |
| Lead Manager – Fixed Assets, Inventory & OGRA Compliance (Job Code 8447-01) | CA / ACMA with at least 6 years of post-membership experience OR ACCA / MBA in Finance from HEC recognized university with at least 9 years of experience Functional team lead experience of at least 4 years is mandatory | The position exists for the purpose of administration of Fixed Assets Register, formulation of fixed asset accounting and intangible assets, analysis of capital expenditure for reporting, issues and ensuring compliance with fixed asset policies and procedures. Facilitate internal and external audits, ensure compliance with audit observations. Conduct OGRA reporting related to company assets, inventory and depreciation schedules, and align records in line with OGRA standards. |
| Deputy Lead Manager – Budget and MIS (Job Code 8448-01) | CA / ACMA with at least 4 years of post-membership experience OR ACCA / MBA in Finance from HEC recognized university with at least 6 years of experience. | The incumbent shall be responsible for preparation of comprehensive annual budgets (including capital, projects, revenue, and cost), including the coordination of the budget process with various functions and provide technical support to departments for assessment and reconciliation of budgets and expenditures. Prepare financial highlights for BOD presentations. Provide strategic inputs to management and senior management for planning, monitoring and financial reporting related to Prime Minister Delivery Unit (PMDU). |
| Manager – Fixed Assets Accounting (Job Code 8449-01) | Fresh CA / ACMA OR ACCA / MBA in Finance from HEC recognized university with at least 4 years of experience | The position exists for the purpose of monitoring of capital expenditure and cost capitalization, recording, depreciation and financial reporting of fixed assets and inventory. The position shall ensure compliance with IFRS and OGRA regulations. The incumbent shall work closely with teams in senior management and regulatory authorities. |
| Manager – Capital Expenditure & MIS (Job Code 8450-01) | Fresh CA / ACMA OR ACCA / MBA in Finance from HEC recognized university with at least 4 years of experience | The purpose of this position is to supervise preparation of annual capital budget in accordance with SSGC’s rules and regulations. Plan and provide comprehensive analysis and reporting on all capital expenditures and financial transactions to guide decisions and maintain capital expenditure policies and procedures. Facilitate user department on Budget Utilization/ Queries raised during audit and ensure timely dispatch of documents related to Accounts Department. |
| Manager – Inventory (Job Code 8451-01) | Fresh CA / ACMA OR ACCA / MBA in Finance from HEC recognized university with at least 4 years of experience | The purpose of this position is to ensure accurate recording of stock valuation and inventory records including issuing, return, aging and aging reports as per accounting standards. The incumbent shall also be responsible to verify inventory-tracking reports, ensure cost of supplies, and prepare monthly reports with level of stock and expenditure management. |
