Principal
➢ Qualification:
Minimum Master’s Degree in Education, Administration, or a related field
➢ Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in educational institutions as Principal, preferably in
international Schools/Colleges
➢ Age:
Preferably 40-55 years
➢ Leadership & Management Skills:
Excellent proven to lead and manage effectively.
➢ Communication Skills:
Must be exceptional in English, with a strong knowledge of the Arabic language
➢ Salary Package:
US$ 2000-100-2200
House Rent Allowance: US$ 500/-
Total Salary: US$ 2500/-
Note:
- Personality:
People-oriented, conscientious, organized, perceptive, and result-oriented personality, with good command
of systems, teacher training, and mentoring skills. - Communication Skills:
Must be excellent, especially in English, and must be people-centered
