POSITIONS
Deputy Managing Director/COO:
Reporting to the Managing Director, the incumbent will develop and implement company’s strategic vision, mission and objectives in line with the directions and decisions of the Board of Directors, develop and implement tax-efficient structures, establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensure the company achieves its objectives while ensuring compliance with legal, financial and corporate governance standards in respective jurisdictions. Will also coordinate/liaise with Federal Government and its agencies/departments.
The candidate must have an MBA or equivalent degree in management sciences with minimum 12 years of progressive professional experience in management with a well reputed organization. Given the peculiar nature of the organization’s operations in multiple jurisdictions, relevant experience in North America, Europe and Pakistan would be highly preferred. The candidate should be well versed with the Corporate Management environment and have hands on experience of dealing with Federal Government and its agencies/departments. Understanding of hospitality industry would be an added advantage.
Director Legal & Company Secretary
Reporting to the Managing Director/Chairman Board, the incumbent will look after all legal matters of the Company and its Subsidiaries, advising management/Board, arranging drafting, reviewing and execution of all business contracts, legal documents and other instruments, engaging and interacting with external legal counsel, monitoring litigations, ensuring compliance and advising on legal costs.

The candidate must have an LLB or equivalent degree in law (Master in Law will be preferred) with minimum 08 years of working experience with well-reputed companies, preferably including 4 years in dealing with legal matters pertaining to jurisdictions of North America and Europe.
